As you enter your personal details onto our website our secure server software encrypts everything, including your
name, address details and payment details. Your details then remain encrypted while being transported across the web.
Savvysurf.co.uk LTD follows a strict security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation
(the Data Protection Act 1998) to keep your stored information safe from unauthorised access. We use an
industry standard Secure Server Software (SSL) for your transactions with us.
Payment processing is handled by Sage Pay, a secure online payment gateway for debit and credit card processing.
When making payment Savvysurf.co.uk LTD does not record or store your card details.
None of your card information is ever transferred unencrypted and nothing passed onto Sage can be inspected or
changed from any third party attempting to access any private information.
Your account information is kept safe via one way encrypted passwords, you are held solely responsible to keep
this information secure . We recommend that you log off your account every time you use it. Whilst the safety
of information is never 100% guaranteed on the internet we endeavour to try our best to keep all of your personal
information protected. However any information submitted on our website is done so at your own risk.
You may change, cancel or delete any of your information by logging onto your account or emailing email@example.com
Other than authorising credit card payments your data is never exposed to third parties.

computer. If you wish to place an order please look on your web browser for information on how to enable cookies, however
internet browsers generally accept cookies by default.
Products will be refunded in full on the terms that they are in original undamaged packaging,in perfect condition, unused
and with any tags attached. You will have a 14 day period to return the item to us to enable a full refund. We will not
accept responsibility for the goods until we have received them in their original condition so we recommend sending
products back to us Recorded Delivery. The cost of you returning the product to us is the buyers responsibility. Any product
which we deem to be either used or damaged will not be refunded unless it is faulty or in brand new condition.
Our wellies are manufactured to the highest standard however accidents do happen…. If for whatever reason
your wellies arrive and are not to our usual high quality standard we’ll exchange these free of charge.
If when you receive your wellies you wish to return or exchange these, you must pay for the return postage.
All items must be in the original unopened packaging. They must not have been worn and must be returned
within 7 days of purchase. We recommend using a tracked form of service to ensure there are no problems
with the item getting back to us.

We attempt to dispatch items on the same day if payment is received before 12 noon. Delivery can take
up to 5 workings days however the majority of our products arrive much sooner than this. Items are
sent via courier and are tracked to ensure safe delivery. If you would like to arrange delivery for
specific day please contact us immediately after your order with the details of this. Products sent to
Northern Ireland, R.O.I, Isle Of Man & Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands the
Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight will incur extra postage charges, please email before purchase
to confirm these.
Our benches are hand made to order and can take up to 10 working days for delivery. Our couriers are
not insured to enter your property so benches will be delivered to your garden or kerbside, they
cannot enter your home.
Occasionally items may arrive that have been damaged in transit by the courier company involved. Where this happens we will arrange
collection and redelivery free of charge as long as the following conditions are met:
- The damage is reported with 24 hours
- The parcel is signed for as "Damaged"
These conditions ensure we can claim back the damage and postage from the courier and in turn be able to replace and collect the
faulty item. If in doubt sign for damaged and email us with any queries you may have.
