This snuggly, soft, warm reindeer hide can be used as a throw or rug. The fur is weatherproof so can even be used outdoors to keep warm! This Scandinavian reindeer skin is a by-product of producing meat, the indigenous Sami people in Lapland use every part of their reindeer for food, clothing and decoration.

The reindeer hide will last for years and years. When new the hide will need shaking outdoors every 2-3 days as it will malt but after a month this will settle down and won't need shaking so often.
Please be aware each reindeer fur is unique and therefore shape and colour may vary slightly from the image shown.

Do not use right next to a fire place as high heat will cause the fur to shed.
